Hello, I am asking your support about an issue we are facing on virtual appliances. We use on virtual platforms some variables to avoid console configuration and have a working gateway after the deployment. Issue we have with 9.1R9 is that even if we accept the license agreement in console then we need to accept it again into GUI. Till we do that we are not able to push any configuration updates through DMI or REST API. That is a problem for automatic configuration. Has someone faced this issue too? Regards.

Hello, Thanks for the feedback. Yes I confirm it is working now. Customer just made a mistake by configuring the relay state option on the bookmark and not directly on the SP resource in the Azure AD configuration. As soon as he has correctly configured it at SP level it has started working fine. Thanks for your help. Regards.

Hello, We have successfully configured a PCS as SP of a Azure AD instance. It is working perfectly fine when connecting on the gateway you are redirected to Azure AD sigin in page and then authenticated through SAML on the PCS. Now customer wants to add a direct bookmark on its azure AD myapps portal to perform IDP initiated SSO when connecting on the PCS. Issue we have is that the PCS is refusing SAML assertion sent with "Missing Sign-in URL" error message. As someone already performed this kind of setup and help us with the resolution. We have already followed a KB to populate relay-state option in Azure AD configuration but it seems not enough or wrongly configured. Thanks for your help with this topic. Regards.

Hello, Today Pulse Secure is only delivering KVM based virtual appliances images. As Openstack is not yet supported I can not open a support case for it. I am searching for some tips to have it working on an openstack infrastructure. As someone already managed to have a KVM based virtual appliance running on openstack? Thanks for any feedback. Hello, We are using credential provider feature on our environment and we have seen that if the end user disconnects the VPN before logging out of his desktop the windows log off process takes a huge time to be performed. Has someone already faced this issue? Is it the normal behavior or is there something that can be done to reduce the log off time? Thanks in advance for feedbacks. Regards.

Hello, This can be configured in split tunneling rules on the gateway itself. When you will launch the VPN you will have routes for the networks you have autorized and only this traffic will be routed in the tunnel. Regards.

Hello, My tcpdump shows kerberos exchanges (over tcp 445 port) between client and server. Then a SMB access Request, access response sent by the server and connection reset by the server immediatly after the SMB response. Regards.

Hello All, We are using a L3 connection (SSL VPN). There are no ACL in the policies, all the traffic is routed through the VPN. The routing is ok as I'm able to reach all intranet resources. Only file sharing is not working. It works correctly for windows 7 endpoints through the VPN. So I suspect something is going wrong with the VPN on windows10 endpoints as it is working correctly without the VPN. I know that file share has changed since Windows10 but can not figure out why it is not working through the VPN. Regards.

Hello, I'm able to perform DNS requests to the server. Ping is working with IP or FQDN. But access to file share is not working neither with IP nor with FQDN. Regards.

Hello, I'm facing an issue with windows10 endpoints that can not join shared drives on windows server 2012 servers over a pulse secure VPN connection. It works correctly when the customer is on his internal LAN. Does someone already have this kind of issue? I do not understand what the VPN can breaks about this kind of access. Regards.
