Hello: We currently have a SA-2500 box in the network and unfortunately, it went down a few weeks ago. Turns out the internal port is not working at all. No lights at all. the external ports work 100%. We purchased a replacement card online but the same issue is occurring. This leads me to believe that the issue must be either motherboard related or something else. Has anyone ran into the same problem or can anyone help diagnose and get this issue fixed?
