Hello - I am attempting to get Pulse Collaboration connected to Microsoft Outlook 2016. I am able to install the add-in from the web portal. When I launch outlook it is not able to successfully load the COM plug-in. When I navigate to File > Options > Add-Ins (I can see that Pulse Collaboration Addin) is listed under the Inactive Application Add-ins. So I then goto Manage > COM Add-ins > GO I attempt to enable the plug-in but it gives the following error message: "Load Behavior: Not Loaded. A runetime error occured during the loading of the COM Add-in." I am currently running Microsoft Outlook 2016 64-Bit. Does this add-in not support 64 bit office? My PSA is running 9.1R1 (build 1505) Thanks!

We have a 2012R2 terminal server that we typically access from the Pulse Secure Web Portal Terminal sessions. This launches the RDP connection using the PS Terminal Services client. When this occurs it properly maps the audio so that we can hear the sounds on the remote computer. It is not mapping our microphone (Recording Devices). When i go into "Sound" and select "Recording" it says: "No Audio Devices are installed" However, if i VPN into the network and initiate a RDP session using the build in windows RDP client it will map both the Playback and Recording devices. In the "Sound" menu i can see the "Recording" device and it is working. Is there anyway to make the PS Terminal Services client so that it properly maps the recording device like the built in windows terminal services client does? Our PSA appliance is running 9.0r3.2-b64041. The RDP bookmark does have the checkmark "Bring Audio to this computer." I am not sure if im missing anything or if this functionality does not exist at the moment. Thanks!

The device does pass the host checker while using the Pulse Secure Android App. The problem is that the App does not have the same features that the web portal does, it only establishes a VPN connection, and does not have any of the resources easily listed out for the user, like the web portal does natively. This also impacts HTML5 (Guacamole) access which is also listed on the website but not the app. Perhaps Pulse secure can look into adding this functionality. We could use a third party tool for access, after we establish a connection using the app, but it would be nice to have this built into all aspects of the device.

Hello - Normally, when you login to the PSA URL, using a mobile device, you are able to download the files via the bookmark on the page. However, if the realm has the host checker enabled you recieve and error that you are unable to access that page. Is there any functionality that allows for easy access to download files for realms that have host checker enabled? I downloaded the "Pulse Secure for Android App" and was able to successfully connect to the realm. The App did not seem to have any of the bookmarks that the web page has. It only seems to initiate a VPN connection. Any ideas? Thanks! -James K.

Hello - Does the Pulse Connect Secure system have any APIs that allow for automation of management tasks like creating user realms/roles from a command line? (i.e. powershell module, CLI, SSH, etc)? For example if i needed to make 20 different user roles that would be a lot of clicking around. Thanks!
