I did find where this is a known problem in the release notes for version 6.1R5 (6.1.5.70621). PIOS-869 "Unified Client iOS: Smart Card auth is not supported in Unified client; Workaround: None" I have talked (for hours) to Tech Support, and sent multiple emails, but have not received a response. I just upgraded to an iPhone 7 and installed the latest version of Pulse Secure (6.1.5.70621). This version no longer recognizes that a smart card is connected to the phone (via a Thursby PKard Reader). Please help. ... View more

This is still a problem. I have used a Thursby Pkard reader for years with my iPhone and iPad. I started using the reader in conjunction with Pulse Secure mobile a year or so ago, and everything worked flawlessly. I use Pulse with a reader and my smart card because my business email requires two-factor authentication. I just received a new iPhone 7, but I'm dead in the water because Pulse doesn't recognize the card reader. Please help. ... View more
