Hi All, I am trying to provide bookmark access to non-domain joined machines to our intranet site which is being migrated to Office 365 sharepoint. The MAG device will not be able to resolve this external address of company.sharepoint.com, so any ideas how I would give them this access through VPN? Going direct will work, but is not supported by my security team. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Natasha

Hi All, Think I've resolved it now. I hadnt associated the existing account in Pulse Secure, I had only reset the password to stronger complexity. Once I associated all my other accounts, its kicked into life and working now. Many thanks for all the suggestions. Cheers, Natasha

Hi All, Been seeing this error on Mag devices since Saturday. I've tried a few different credentials now with the same result. Any ideas? If not, I'll log with JTAC. Unable to download current virus signature list from 'https://download.juniper.net/software/av/uac/epupdate_hist.xml'. Reason: Invalid credentials - '401'. Thanks Natasha
