Is it possible for Pulse Connect Secure to do the following (similar to online banking)? 1. User logs in for 1st time with Username, Password (LDAP Authentication) 2. If successful, Pulse prompts the user that they are signing in from an unrecognized device, and asks for 2FA (RSA) 3. If successful, behind the scenes Pulse drops a cookie to remember/identify the device at next log in 4. User connects, does work, logs out. 5. Later that week, the user signs in from that same machine with Username, Password (LDAP Authentication) 6. If successful, Pulse checks for cookie on recognized machine 7. If found, bypasses 2FA (RSA) and brings the user to the home page. 8. If not found, repeat step 2 If this is NOT possible currently, does anyone know if this is on the roadmap? Hi Kapilaks1, From the System Tab of the Admin Console, click Reports. From there you will the User Summary Report. If you change the filter from the Last 24 Hours to Last 30 days, you'll find that information. Then you can download that data in form of a CSV excel file to sort and do what you want with it/ Hope that helps :)

Hi Everyone! I'm looking to find a report of ALL authenticated users of a PSA-5000. I know of the report that can be run that lists all users with the last 30 days (Max) but I'm trying to answer: 1. How many unique users have logged in since we launched on 1/16/2017 2. How to identify if a particular user had ever logged in (beyond the last 30 days) Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thank you!

Thanks again Ruc! I've setup both connections (Terminal Services & HTML5) and am currently in testing. This got me thinking about serving up a speed test to the end user to check their network connection. Setting up a Web application to a speed test site though I'm worried would muddy the data as it's going through the VPN. Is there a way to have the Pulse Hardware open up a test on their local browser?

Thanks Ruc! Would you recommend the Terminal Services connection vs. the HTML5? If that is the case, what would be your driving factors for ding so? Sorry...I'm new to the networking side of thins as an App Engineer/Business Analyst

Hey Guys & Gals! I need some help with a situation where one of our VP's moved into a new area where his max available internet speed is atrocious! His new house is too far away from the providers equipment and he's only getting 3 Mbps...Three....Tres...it's a sad affair. What have you guys found (if anything) that can work for this scenario? I was thinking about creating a HTML5 or Terminal Services bookmark with every graphical option at near minimum level, but not sure if that's best. Any help would be amazing! Thank you for that answer. I inadvertently left out that I'd like to know if this is a limitation of the Pulse Hardware/Software, or is this a limitation of the current HTML5 RDP Protocol itself.

Hey Everyone! I'm looking for an answer on the MAX resolution available in a HTML5 RDP session. Reason: MAC (Apple) users that have a high resolution capable monitor are being limited to 1920 x 1080. Troubleshooting: I connected to a Corporate Desktop PC using a 27" iMac and could only achieve a 1920 x 1080 resolution Next, I tried a Lenovo Yoga 3 which has insane resolution of 3400+ by something also ridiculous yet it also maxed at 1920 x 1080 in HTML5 RDP Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Side Note: Anyone else have a painful experience searching the forums? More than half of the links I found in the search result lopped me back to the Forum Home page...VERY frustrating!
