Hi, I'm using a SA6500 and I have upgrade it in 7.1R3. Since, we have a big issue with End session. If we do not click on Disconnect button from the web page, we can't open another session. We have an error message "getContextData" error. And we need to delete the user session directly from the console. The Only solution is to disable "Display open user session[s] warning notification_" option in the Sign-in Policy. Is anybody find fix about this issue ? Thanks Antonin

Hi, I think I have exactly the same issue on my SA6500 7.0 R3 and ESAP version 1.6.6. My only solution is to do many tries (more than 15), and I don't have the message anymore. It's very strange and it created a lot of support issues because users do not understand and call the helpdesk... Any help about this issue ? Thanks.

Hi all, I try to implement the use of Juno Pulse on mobile devices iPhone and AndroPhone. I created a realm and a role for mobile phones. The same role is used by PC Juno Pulse clients. The problem is that the mobile client never gets an IP address, while the PC client yes. Did you have any idea about this issue ? Thanks for help

The solution of the Error 20 when I check Machine Certificate is : - import in Trusted Client CAs my root Certificate. And now, it works fine.

Hi all, I want to use my SA6500 to check if remote machines are domain members. In a first time, I check specific registry key on the remote machines and it's ok. But i want to be sure that remote machines are really domain members. So i want to check Machine Certificate. Each machine in my company have 2 certificates : user and machine. But when I check Machine Certificate, i've got an error 20... Did you have some idea to solve it ? Thanks for help guys !

Hi all i've got an issue with my Host Checker on my SA6500 on the Avast Free 5.0.545 checks. When I enable the check : " Virus Definition files should not be older than 2 day", it fails... And my AV is up to date, i'm sure. My Currently Active ESAP version is 1.5.9 and the Default ESAP version is 1.5.9. Did you have an idea about this issue ? Thanks for help. weSh
