There are several presentations that have been recorded: - MAG presentation for Americas and EMEA (including licensing) - MAG presentation for APAC (pretty much the same as above) - New licensing overview, comparing the subscription and perpetual licensing with a focus on the new hardware. BlackBerry uses their own BES server for the encryped communication to/from the device, which means that 3rd party VPN clients aren't really needed on those devices. While this has its benefits with e-mail, it does limit what application developers might decide to offer on the BlackBerry. And if there are no business apps that require layer 3 VPN service (e.g. streaming clinical data), then the value and demand of having a VPN is pretty low. The bottom line is that the BlackBerry model is just very tighly controlled by RIM and not open to 3rd party VPN applications or apps that would require them. If their options should ever change, then we will certainly consider such support a priority. At least for now, we are offering as many BlackBerry features as we possibly can via the Junos Pulse Mobile Security Suite. Regards, Kevin Peterson Sr. Product Manager

It's actually supported today and the solution is to use Network Connect. Specifically, you will want to use Network Connect with the ESP transport. This is required since PCoIP used both TCP and UDP and the Network Connect ESP option, which uses UDP port 4500 by default, maintains the performance benefit provided by PCoIP in the first place. From a user's perspective, they will just log into the SSL VPN, either manually or automatically launch Network Connect, and then run the View client the same as if they were on the LAN.

You will actually need to follow the procedure outlined at http://www.juniper.net/support/inspection_reinstat ement.pdf. Also worth noting is that the current software version (7.1) is the last one that will run on any of the SA2000, SA4000 or SA6000 appliances, as they are end of life products. Regards, Kevin Peterson

As noted, Pulse for iOS4 I will indeed be supported on 6.4 and above. The app itself won't show up in the IVE, but rather on the Apple App Store just as soon as the approval process is completed. As you might expect, putting out a VPN client is a fairly intensive process, so please bear with us as Apple and Juniper both work to ensure that it is a rock solid release.
