Hi all, We have mag-4610 with JunOS 8.0R7 and using RSA SecurID tokens to login. Login works as expected with both web GUI and Pulse, but have problems with Custom Sign-in page. We have added SMS tokens, RSA On Demand Authentication (ODA) to recieve passcode on SMS. It works, but when instead of a message saying "type your passcode", we get "Token Resync Required". If the user types passcode, logon works. It's important that we in the future can continue to use both RSA hardware tokens together with ODA. Some users will have both assigned to them. Any suggestions? I have not found any custom Sign-in pages to handle this. THanks

Yes latest java is installed. GOt that from the kb's. Yes i got more understanding of the deployment process. But anyway, got the impression that this might be caused by Safari 7.1 update that is released now. Working on doing a test with an old safari to test. Why not just have an possibility to deploy through appstore. That would be the best from my pov. Easy updates and no stupid settings for end users to allow bad security settings in java.

MAG4610 8.0R6 Mac OSX 10.9.5 Experiencing the following issue. New installs of Junos Pulse on Mac OSX, pressing the "Start" button under "Client Application Session" to trigger download of the pulse-client. Gives a download link and a file called JuniperSetupClient.8.0.6.48695.dmg, when mounted only a file name JuniperSetupClient.mpkg appears. This does not work on OSX. Installation goes through but nothing is installed. If you customize install you see that the only thing that gets installed is "JuniperSetupClient Components". Seems like the wrong installer is linked. Filesize and name differs from working mac dmg i find in "System > installers" in the admin gui. This file works and installs correct. Anyone else seen this? Bug?

What is supported regarding Exchange 2013? We are doing a migration. Currently on old juniper hardware so cant really go for latest 8.* on our sa-boxes. Looking at a MAG upgrade now. Is there any issues & gotchas juniper wise when moving to exchange 2013. Whats supported today? OWA: Heard people had some issues, but that it is now supported in 8.*? Outlook anywhere: ? Mapi over http/s using wsam: ? Load balancers in front of exchange 2013, anyone had any issues with this? /S

Here is a screenshot of the error. Happens only on windows, with the activex control. I think thats the one that fails. Tried to disable and delete, install activex again when i login. Same issue. If you disable and dont accept the activex, you can get the java-version to run.

Hmm, I did not get a screenshot. But when you pressed the bookmark, you just got a IE error and the .cgi gave the error I attached in my first post. But the problem were the same for all our users. Mostly our guys overseas using this. They are in a kind of mixed env, using Win 7 x64 and Vista x32, x64 . Not working for anyone using IE8. Same in-house, all Win 7 x32, but the same with my x64 box. My problem is that i don't have a box for testing.

Anyone more than me got the error when trying to launch a terminal server session? Works fine in Firefox, but gives you an error message in Internet Explorer 8.
