I have a question! I setup the Junos pulse on my SA2000, everything is working fine as long as you connect using a IPAD or IPHONE. Tried to connect using 3 differents android devices and all of them, returns me the same error: "FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER" Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks in advance!

Today we 2 SA2000 in active/passive cluster mode. as sa2000 is not supported anymore, and windows 8 users are begining to have issues to use portal and RDP connections, we need to migrate ASAP. The question is: Should we migrate to SA2500 or MAG2600? Any inputs would be deeply appreciated!

probably easy to solve... My Sa2000 is not putting users on the right page, instead of sending users to the portal page, with links and etc, puts users on a page like https://extranet.xxxx.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi?p=logo&signinId=url_default and only displays the logo. Then user have to delete the dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi?p=logo&signinId=url_default and then he will receive the correct page, with links and remote desktop acces. any ideas?

Hi all, we now currently have one SA2000 to handle all the work for SSL VPN and citrix delivery, we've been using this setup for almost 5 years now and we are starting to get a little worried that SA might fail someday. We are planning to use a SA that we have here to use it as failover in a cluster config, i was wondering if we will need to invest $12k in licenses, or if we are using it as a cluster, we can use the same licenses, or there is a special license for clustered enviroments? We have a SA2000, with a mydocs user folder in his portal. He is trying to upload a .doc file, but for some reason the file is uploaded fine but goes up in a different extension, .DAT. Anyone had experienced this? Thanks in advance.

What type of authentication are you using? REGULAR USER/PASS thru AD, (works fine using same user and pss on ipad) Are you connecting with IP or hostname? Used HOSTNAME (going thru ipad and iphone goes ok!) What does the user access log show? Shows authentication ok, then disconnects... When is this error showing: when trying to pull up the login screen or when trying to launch the VPN? When android tries to launch VPN. VPN is launched fine on ipad/iphone

Hi all, we have a SA2000 running 5.5R1 i think... Is there a right way to update it? or can i go from 5.5 to 7.0r7 ? If yes what is the right path to follow? What could happen if i update the appliance, from 5.5 to lets say 6.8 and then 7.0 directly? Could damage the box? some strange network issues could happen?
