Hi, I am trying to deploy Junos Pulse as a MSI with a preconfiguration file to populate the shortcuts to the SA appliances I have in our network. The problem I have is that we have 2 standalone SA appliances and I can individually export the configuration file from each , however it only contains information about its own pulse configuration. I have tried amalgamating the 2 files however when it is deployed with the configuration file only one of the SA shortcuts is added. Is there a way to edit the configuration file to have shortcuts to both SA devices in it?

Yes ping and trace route work fine, as do internal websites, it only affects outlook and rdp? Have seen similar issues before with site to site VPN tunnels but it was caused by packet fragmentation. It is on XP I have tried it on both 7.1 and 7.2 and get the same result. we have 70 other users who are all on XP and have no issues at all.

I have a user that can successfully connect via Pulse, gets a valid IP address and can even ping resources on the network, however when trying to connect to Outlook or RDP to servers it faisl to connect. All other clients are able to connect to so its not a firewall issue within the LAN. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I also have one other user who can connect but they get no IP address as the Juniper Pulse adapter does not seem to get created??

unfortunately I dont. I had to roll it back very quickly as we only have a production box. I did try look at the event and user logs and they showed nothing. Also when I recorded the session there didnt seem to be any activity in the session after the login?

Hi I have a SA2500 which I just recently upgraded from 6.4 to 7.2. On the surface all looked fine and it is actually a lot faster at loggin in sessions (RSA auth + AD auth). Anyway after upgrading the windows terminal server conenctions stopped working as did my citrix terminal service sessions. As it was impacting the service I had to performa rollback to 6.4 which has resolved it for now? Any ideas? Thanks.

We have a MAG appliance configured as a License server, with 3 SA 2500 SSL appliances as clients. The SA 2500's have surrendered their licenses to the license server. What I want to know is how the license leasing works. We have 200 licenses that are pooled between 3 devices and I assumed the appliance would be able to auto lease a single license when they require it, however it looks like it has a minimum lease amount of 25 licenses. Is there any way around this as I would much rather only lease single licenses where they are required.
