UniPrint itself uses Terminal Services' virtual channels which does not require any additional ports open to work. Virtual channel are integrated into the RDP datastream, so if you can connect and get a session, the channel should work. I don't believe that we require to have printer or clipboard redirection enabled to be able to print through UniPrint. Do you get an error dialog in the session when you try to print? If so, do you have the channel DLL registered on your client machine? You can check this by looking at the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default\AddIns' key to see if there is a Subkey for the UniPrint virtual channel driver. The easiest way to create this is to have the UniPrint Client installed. If it's not the client side, is LogScrpt.exe running in the user's session? Paul S.
