If you are on a version that deploys the JuniperInstallerService, you can download the installer from your device by going to Maintenance->System->Installers. If you don't have a test box, you may have to upgrade, download the installer (.exe or .msi or both) and then downgrade in order to get the installer package for the new release. I would recomment contacting the JTAC since this process depends on your current version, and the version to which you plan to upgrade.

Hello All, A configuration for a customer is smoothly working for a while now. But recently they installed a new filecluster and entries were added for the new fileservers but here the credentials are seen as wrong. When we add an SSO role that applies those policies and add the login credentials for our test user as static credentials everything works fine. When we try to use the variables (<USER>/<USERNAME>/<PASSWORD>) we get an access denied. Does anyone has experience with this kind of issue?
