I have a win7 host machine that I run a linux VM for application development. I connection using pulse on Win7 host to corp network. start vm, the vm has nfs mounts to build server. we are able to ping and ssh to build server. when we start "make" from with in the an nfs mounted directory we loose connection to the build server. has anyone seen this before. we are using SA2000 running 7.1R11

I have an SA2000 and SA4000 running 7.1r11 we are using pulse 2.1 for the clients SA2000 is setup auth to LDAP server SA4000 is setup auth to AD server using pulse 2.1 we can connect to both units. testing with 3.0r3 we are getting error 1329 when connecting to both servers. the only change is Pulse version. anyone else see this problem?

I have 2 SA2000 units running 7.1R11.0 they are both setup with Pulse configuration for netconnect capabilities. the unit at the main site was the first units installed and configured. the pulse client runs great. the problem started when we added the second unit at the remote site. when we try to connect to the remote site we are always prompted for client upgrade, I have the unit configured to not upgrade the clients. For now I have told the users to just cancle the upgrade and it connects. not the ideal solution but workable until I find a solution to the problem Has anyone else ran into this issue? Anyone have an idea of how I can get this fixed? Frank

I can confirm yout question #1, sa2000 support ends on 7.1 releases. the systems will not load 7.2.

we had a crach of the systems and we performed a factory reset of the unit. we now have two issues 1) we can not find smart reader nor card, so we are stuck at initilize card in the setup phase 2) we have a 1000 user lic that we are not able to use anyone have any ideas?

the dmz router is allowing all ports to the external IP address of the SA2000 unit. I just keep getting connection timeout for all web browsers, I also can not ping the ip address onthe external interface. on the DMZ router I am seeing the MAC of the SA in the router's arp table.

I have setup an SA2000 and I am having issues. this is my setup, externatl interface is configured with a public IP address and is in the DMZ, the external interface has a defautl GW of the DMZ router internal interface ha a private and is connected to the internal lan with the lan default GW. the issue is that I am able to connect to the internal interface but not the external interface. I have loaded the same certificate on both interfaces and enabled the external interface. What am I missing? frank

I was thinking of your first option, I have create a role and within the role I have defined the web links. now how do I assign the role to an ldap user? your second option does sound interesting.
