Hello, I followed the documentation to migrate the old Windows Secure Application Manager and Network Connect over to the Pulse Secure Application Manager. All devices seem to get the deployment without issue, but some it auto launches as expected for some and not for others in the same role. I assume this is nothing on the appliance but possibly something on the endpoint, but not certain what would possibly prevent that. Working on adding MFA but would like to avoid multiple URLs/Realms but that is the only way I see that is jumping out at me.  I know there are ways to add restrictions for other functions like Host Checker Policy based on Role so was hoping the option existed to apply additional authentication per role but nothing that I can see.  Running 8.3Rx code currently not certain if that is a 9.0Rx or beyond.     Thanks,      Evan ... Hello,     I'm running 5.3R6 on Windows 10 1809 and now receive "failed to initialize sam access method" when connecting.  I was following KB43910 that talked about the issue but now that KB is no longer available.  I saw KB43907 that talks about general support but no mention of the issue that I am seeing.  It mentioned that Windows 10 1809 would be Compatible in 5.3R7 or 9.0R3.  I did update to 5.3R7 with no luck as the issue still exists.  Any reason the KB43910 was pulled or if there is any update on that known issue?  Still waiting to see if once 9.0R3 of the Desktop Client is released to see if that works or not or will I have to wait till 9.0R4 when it is qualified?     Thanks,      Evan ... Working on getting printing from internal Web Application that leverages SQL Server Reporting Services to generate a printed Report. If I do the same process from our internal network it runs without issue. If I try the same process I get to the option to print it provides the dialogue to print but once I select a printer and select ok nothing happens. The SQL Server Reporting Service is on the same server so accessing it via port 80 should be all that is required. I looked at the PCS Logs and there is no errors I see the print request and all. Printer is even connected via USB directly to the PC. Was hoping to see something in the PCS logs showing something blocked or what not but nothing. Running PCS 8.2R7.1 on the MAG6611. ... View more

Has anyone ever leveraged RemoteApp and Local Printing? I setup the RemoteApp and that works but selected Connect Local Printer but the printer is not available within the App. If I connect internally without the VPN it works. Running 8.1R9.0. With SHA2 signed apps within 8.1R8.0 as well as 8.2R2.0 is it now possible to get a SHA2 based SSL Certificate on the PCS/SA? I know in the past it was possible to load a SHA2 SSL Certificate but since Host Checker is leveraged in my setup and that was still SHA1 signed that it would cause issues. Wondered if anything has changed in the process to request a new product be supported by the Host Checker. The usual process I have done in the past if an AV product wasn't detected by the Host Checker was to open a support request and upload the logs from the latest ESAP Diag and then work with support to have support added for the product. My latest request I went the usual process through support but at first I was told it was dependent upon the code level of my MAG and then told my ESAP was current and to wait for support to be added but I could always submit a request through my local sales rep. ... Running into an issue and have never ran into it before. Have a user that click on the Terminal Server Bookmark and receives the error “Failed to download application. Please sign in & try again, if error persists please contact your administrator”. We leverage a MAG6611 with 2 x SM-160s running 8.0R13.0 in an Active/Passive mode. Found an old document that referred to this error in Secure Meeting but it was from release 5.4 other then that couldn't find much and mentioned contacting support but seems to be only one user.
