yes, you cannot access items hosted on the appliance while connected over vpn to that appliance. can you confirm that you are not logging in to the web interface (to use bookmarks, which should work) but solely connecting over the vpn (at which point, logging in to the web should disconnect your vpn session)

hi @Captive Engineer, thank you for the update and confirming when it is happening. unfortunately, yes, there is no way to work on the adapter until it is connected i would recommend opening a case with your helpdesk team so they can open a case with us to investigate. you may also want to ask them if they can get you a copy of the latest version (22.x) to see if any of the other changes allow this to work. (i do not know if it will; but it may be possible)
