Hello, Some of my users are encountering issues when connecting to Pulse Secure through different companies webpages. Every user has McAfee VirusScan Enterprise + Host Intrusion Prevention installed. At first I thought it was due to McAfee not being updated all the way, so I tried it on my PC after making sure mine was updated (even checked with McAfee support to ensure my versions were all the latest, and that I had all the latest definitions), and it still gives me the same error as the other users. Windows is also updated all the way, not sure if that matters. Exact error: "Your computer does not meet the following security requirements. HHC AntiVirus Role Policy Reasons: Anti-Virus Software listed in security requirements is not installed. McAfee VirusScan Enterprise does not comply with policy. Compliance requires real time protection enabled and latest virus definitions. McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention does not comply with policy. Compliance requires real time protection enabled and latest virus definitions." What's also weird is sometimes when I try it, it doesn't say any of that, just says "Host Checker did not get installed properly." - separate error unrelated? Any advice?
