Hi, Im trying to have a custom page with custom messages depending on the root cause for authentication failures. I am using variables as: LoginPageErrorCode LoginPageErrorMessage However, the information I am findign is quite poor. I need more details as for example "LoginPageErrorArgs". Does some know what arguments can I use for it? or does anyone has a better reference guide for developers? In "Custom Sign-In Pages Developer Reference" I see only one example and I would need more. <% IF LoginPageErrorCode == 2016 %> You have <% LoginPageErrorArgs.GraceLoginsRemaining %> grace logins. <% END %> I would like to take some information I see in the user access log (in the admin console) but dont know what variables I can use, for example: Info PTR23334 2015/06/29 07:51:59 - xxxxx - [xx.xxx.69.xx] - username (Realm)[] - Sign-in rejected using auth server xxxx (Radius Server). It seems the number of failure attempts are related to the number of authentication protocoles checked (Kerberos, ntlmv1, ntlmv2). If we have 2 auth protolcs available (Kerberos and NTLMv2 for example), for every invalid attempt the user does, two attempts are being done with the backend AD server, so the account will be locked out before than expected. Hi, We are using LDAP as authentication server where we have 5 login attempts configured before locking out an user account. However, the IVE locks out the user account after 3 failed attempts. Could someone explain me if the IVE takes the account policy setup from the LDAP backend server or from any setting within the IVE admin console? I was not able to find any useful information in the admin console. somothing similar is in: System - Configuration - Security - Miscellaneous But do not think is the same becuase we are locking accoun the user accoung itslef, not the IP address. Hi, I have a question related to the use of LDAP attributes in a mapping rule. For example, if I want to check the country for an user to know if hw is from US I will use the following expression: userAttr.c = US If the "c" attribute is not defined on the attribute tab of the server catalog. Do I have to define it for using it or it will work anyway? I thought it was mandatory but Im not sure now.... Thanks!

Hi, I have an OWA 2007 policy over 6.5 version. I have a SSO - basic authentication policy and it works fine but when I checkthe USER LOGS tab, there are a lot of entries for this authentication. For 6.3 the logs were ok. I dont understand why I see the same entry around 7 or 8 times...... I would like to know if this is normal for the version 6.5 (and 6.4 I believe), if this is just because OWA..... Web SSO: Authentication successful.
