hello everyone,   case was opened one month ago and still " work in progress". PS support was now able to reproduce the issue .. but no more information right now.   due to the fact that they all are in Ios12, there is not fallback solution ( old version is not available on store, and previous version had the battery drain bug), so we are stuck.   regards   Xavier ...
