Appologies if I've missed this somewhere, but what are the supported hardware platforms for version 8 software? I have an SA2500 and I'm really hoping i'm not out of luck. Cheers

Hi, I've been looking for a while and still haven't found much information explaining the differences between PULSE and WSAM on the Juniper platform. I know Pulse can be part of a large mobility solution, but in my case I'm just looking for a VPN connection. I know Pulse support mobile platforms as well as Windows, so let's just concentrate on the desktop. Pulse seems to be a prettier GUI vs the simple WSAM interface. Technically is it much of a muchness or does one have better traffic management, compression anything fancy? I can see a lot more technical detail of what WSAM is doing but obviously can't see much in what Pulse does. Pulse can be a stanealone client but WSAM must be triggered through the browser? A comparison table between the two would be great and I'm surprised that I haven't seen anything published by Juniper. Thanks

Hi, I came from a F5 Network Firepass background a few years ago to a Juniper SA2500. One of the features I really miss is the ability to connect to the VPN at the point of Windows logon. This has been hugely helpful in the cases where a users cached domain credentials are no longer valid and the only way they can login is if it's connected to the domain. Is there any way I can do this with Juniper? Thanks

Fantastic! So you have to create a seperate role which is just NC? (different login url or how do you do it?) I'd idealy like the user to go to the same login page, but if the host checker fails this check, the user can't access NC, but can access the web stuff.

Hi, Never fear, I'm not trying to take away what has already been given, but there is not use case for our users to connect a personal device to the corporate network. From a security perspective, I'm trying to do the right thing. I give the host checker a shot but I didn't think I saw what I needed there. So I'll need to write a custom rule to check the netbios name?

Hi, Is it possible (I'm sure it is) / what is the best way to: Only allow users to use NC or Pulse connections (basically a full VPN connection) if they are using a corporate device? I don't want to allow this on their home PC etc. (I have a SA 2500) Thanks
