Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to configure the IVE to permit access to a file on a file share via a URL on a web page, on a server accessed via a web link (as opposed to getting to the file share directly via a file browsing resource profile). I've added an ACL resource policy (per KB15244), but I get the following error message in the log when the user clicks on the link: _Failed to read Windows directory \\servername\directory\subdirectory1\subdirectory2\filename.ppt with error 19. I don't think the problem is the user's permissions in Active Directory, since he's able to access the file if he goes to the fileshare directly from the portal page.
