This has nothing to do with clustering. What has happened is that the console settings were changed and the option to "toggle password protection" was selected. You can't disable this without knowing an admin password but you can break the boot sequence via "Ctrl-S" and I believe that you can reload to factory-default at that point in time. ... View more
