HI John, Please correct me if I wrong. If you are running 7.1R17, the code signing certificate on the device is valid till April 10th, 2015 Please refer the following KB http://kb.pulsesecure.net/KB14058\ From your update I understand that you have been using a self signed certificate on the SA device. fixing this should resolve the issue. First a https connection is attempted to SA to download the applet. once the applet is downloaded than the applet would be verified. This depend on where the batch file is stored. The batch file stored should be accessed on annonymously thats when you will be able to download the file externally. Remove any security/sharing restriction on the folder where the script is locaed.

May be the device does not have the proper chain like missig intermediate certificates. If you are configuring citrix webinterface server through network connect in that case you need to define ACL under VPN tunneling for all the metaframe servers onwhich the apps are published. You dont need a Terminal service profile for the Same. Terminal services ACL would be required if you are configuring a citrix resource through CTS on the SA. Regards, SVK

When the device is responding slowly it shouldn't matter whether the user is accessing internally or externally the behaviour should be the same. But in our case the device response is good from internal network but not from the external network. Thi s seems to be a network issue could you please check if there are any packet drops? what type of users are complaining about the slowness. A limit can be set for logging default set is 200MB. once a log size reaches 200 MB the old ones will be deleted and the new ones will get appended. Regards, SVK
