Hi Kannan I have tried what you said.........export config except network settings - and i dont see any of the roles or policies. just to recap - i have a SA6500 cluster and i would like to upload the configuration except the cluster settings and network settings into the new SA4500. when i export the configuration, my files size is 156KB.....could that be right? we have loads of roles and policies - i would expect the files size to be over a couple of MB let me know if im making a mistake - but it does seem simple enough Scotty
