Hi guys, I am trying to find out, which "Netconf RPC" logmessages relates to which "REST API" Call, cause in the RPC request I found more details about the API Call. @Robert_G I have seen various problems with PDC 9.1R9, so I would not recommend to use that. If you are asking Pulse, every PDC Version should work with every PCS Version. So I would recommend to test PDC 9.1R11 and check, if the "Speed Limit" is still alive did you checked this also ( there are some performance issues with specific Wireless Hardware): https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB43833 I have also found no infos in the ReleaseNotes regarding the speed of L3 Conections, but I have seen some Roadmaps, where they told about "L3 VPN performance improvement", which was introduced in 9.1R11 and there are some more "improvements" planned. The Engineer, which I was talking, had also no deeper details. Sorry for that.

[email protected] I know, that I can use a pre-auth notification. But at this point I did not know, if the user is using the right or wrong certificate ;-) My goal would be to popUp a notification, when I see that authentication fails, in cause of a wrong certificate . Any idea how to do that ?

Hi, so the "sysUpTime" isn´t the sysUpTime of the device/box, it is more the sysUptime of the snmp daemon. I have an issue with that, cause we are running in a bug, that all Services (incl snmpd) where restarted, due to an internal error, and my alarming shows me that the sysUpTime is e.g. less then 10min, so my monitoring think, that the box rebooted :-(

The snmp system uptime (sysUpTime) object returns the time elapsed (in hundredths of a second), from when the SNMP agent was started. https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB12276 any idea how to find out via snmp what is the real system uptime (e.g. due to reload or rebooting ? ) Could not find any infos in the MIB :-( thx

it depends on the PCS Hardware and software you are using. We have PSA7000 and starting from OS9.1R11 I have seen some ESP connections over 100Mbit/sec. There was something changed in the code, for more bandwith per connection ( cant really remember what it is) Before OS9.1R11 we had seen max speed around 20-30Mbit/sec.

we have the following scenario: - Client is connecting via PDC and Certificate authentication - Client uses the wrong certificate and gets "login failed" - Due to auto reconnect function, the client tries again and again and again is there any possibillity to "push" a message to the client. I only know the possibility to pop up a Message, triggered by a User Role, but this could only be done, when the user authenticated successfully. thx for any ideas

we are using such scenario on the same way. You can push 2 URLs to the client. eg "OldOne" and "NewOne". If the "NewOne" is not rechable (e.g. disable the authenticarion realm in the SignIn Policies on the PCS for the "NewOne"), the client is using the "OldOne". So you can switch your Users by enabling/disabling the PCS authentication realms. Keep in mind: Always connected user will stay active after disable the authentication realm. For us it works perfect

we had the same issues on different Clients. We solved the problem, by deInstalling ALL Juniper/Pulse related Apps/Programms in Windows and install the correspondending Pulse Sources from the PulseSecureConnect OS
