If I want to replace an existing ssl certificate say for heart bleed remediation, should I request a new csr or renew the existing certificate? I'm unsure how to approach the change at this time. The existing certificate is an express certificate; I would like to at least bump it up to a non-express certificate when I do replace the certificate. Should I use the renew option to accomplish this or new csr? Once the csr has been issued, will this immediately break the existing ssl certificate?

We have allot of Macintosh users and would like to use HTML 5 RDP for these users, is this free to setup, any tutorials on how to do this? We would like to know as presently we cannot afford hob's jwt client and need an alternative instead of full tunnel. Is it true f5 and vmware (HTML ACCESS) is years ahead of Juniper when it comes to harnessing html 5? Thanks!

I currently have a Mag 2600 running package v7.2r4 and would like to upgrade to the latest package v7.3r2, is it safe to go from v7.2r4 directly to v7.3r1 then v7.3r2? I am asking because I'm seeing a number of releases after the current package I am running (v7.2r4), which includes v7.2r5, v7.2r6 and v7.2r7. The other reason I am concerned is because v7.3r1/2 is only 278MB, how does it contain all the recent changes and only contain 278MB?

Access mechanism is Terminal Services, I understand this can be controlled via the Terminal Services Policies, however once the user is connected to their respect workstation via terminal services, we would like to then block that particular workstation from accessing specific applications. Looking at this from a different perspective, we would need some type of control/firewall software on the end users workstations/vms, which is controlled by the Mag 2600?

Can the Mag 2600's prevent a users computer from accessing certain hosts once they connect through VPN? We have a few sensitive applications we would like to disable when the user is connecting offsite via rdp, however give the user access while he/she is in the office sitting in front of her computer.

We currently have two seperate Mag 2600's which are not in a cluster, is it possible to cluster the two units and not lose any configuration? Presently we manually mirror the configuration each time there is a change. Once the devices are clustered, can we share our existing licenses in a pool? We currently have 50 per site and would like to combine that as a shared pool, is this possible? Is there a way to automatically transfer a user who logs into a site which has reached it's license capacity without having the user authenticate twice into the web portal? After a site has reached it's license capacity, how long does it take for the device to notify the end user the licenses have been consumed? If we ever decide to lease licenses, how does this feature work?

I have a role which allows vpn tunneling (netconnect/pulse) I would like only iPad and iPhone users to recieve this role. Is there a common app or process on the iPad and iPhone that host checker can look for?

Please help. I have two Mag 2600's and I am trying to get the latest system version, however it appears Juniper has changed something within the download section. Under SSL VPN I no longer see Mag 2600, under the Mag 2600 section I no longer see the appropriate system versions i.e 7.1r4.1, 7.2r1.1. Someone please help me understand the change. We would like to have our employee have access to our voip systems via jsam or wsam and not have to rely on a full tunnel, would this be possible? What sort of setup are you guys using to provide voip access for your teleworkers? We currently have a Cisco based IP pbx system and utilize the Juniper SSL VPN MAG 2600 platform for VPN connectivity. We were thinking of using the application Cisco Unified Personal Communicator or if needed setup authorized SIP entry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

I'm having issues using PrimerJava RDP on OSX 10.7.2 SA v7.1R4.1, every 5 minutes I recieve the error below in the screenshot "The Terminal server has disconnected the session Reason: java.net.SocketException: socket closed (EOF)" followed by the rdp connection being dropped. Is anyone else experiencing this issue on Mac OSX 10.7 using primerJava RDP? Is anyone using Mac OSX 10.7 using primierJava RDP aka HOBJWT where it's working correctly? If so can you share the fall back html you used to get the client to work correctly? I'm using the latest Java update 1.6.0_29_b11-402 for Mac.
