You can upgrade from 7.2Rx to 7.3Rx without issue, yes. The binary file is compressed on the download site & is what you upload to the system. As you watch your console output during the upgrade you will see the package being extracted

RDP access can be controlled but once a RDP session is launched inside a RDP session application access/deny cannot be controlled.

Hi, 1. A Soft Limit end-user message is presented to the client when the number of users exceeds the licensed amount of users up to 10% (i.e. 10 users in case of 100 user license). In this circumstance, the client will receive the following message when accessing the IVE: Warning: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You may continue with this session -- system performance may be impacted. 2. A Hard Limit exists in the IVE when the number of concurrent users exceeds the licensed amount of users for more than 10% (i.e., for 100 user license, this starts from 111th user signing in). In this circumstance, the client will received the following message when accessing the IVE: Alert: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You can try again in a few minutes. Please mark this an accepted solution if this answers your query. Regards, Jay

Hi, MAG hardware can be configured either as a SA devuce or a UAC device , UAC device is the unified access control device and it has its down build versions. n the top under type, in the dropdown, you will see secure access(SA/SSL VPN on this page http://www.juniper.net/support/downloads/?p=mag6611 Please mark this as an accepted solution if this resolves your query. Hi, I would think a full VPN tunnel would be needed to achieve this. This won't work via JSAM for sure, but you can try configuring a WSAM destination with all the gateways and server IP's defined in the WSAM destinations Regards, Jay

that JRE could be the problem; dud it work previously? that specific version has caused issues with java applets.
