Junos Pulse 3.2 made its way into the Play Store on 2012/04/05: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.juniper.junos.pulse.android This version supports the native L3 VPN functionality on Android 4.0, although it didn't work for me (authenticated fine, but didn't actually connect after that - GN 4.0.3). - Mark
