We have a tool designed for the SA4500 which provides some scaling guidance. There is quite a bit of confusion around our mobile clients. I will try to clear it up: Junos Pulse Is a platform http://www.juniper.net/us/en/products-services/software/junos-platform/junos-pulse/#services comprising several different services. Application acceleration Secure access Access control Mobile security The iphone is the only platform which so far supports the l2vpn services. What you have for the Blackberry is the mobile security suite (no VPN). The Android product (secure access) can connect to the SA devices but only as a web client (there are OS restrictions in Android still). Those Who Name Products have (ahem..) expressed surprise that this is generating confusion, but i and others have them working on clarifying our product literature and documentation on supported platforms. Making it more fun is that this will be a very dynamic landscape as both the OS vendors and ourselves expand both the range of coverage and features on the platforms. HTH -Keith A ... View more

I'm guessing a bit here (not a product expert)...but my suspicion is that 2 different versions of the client are loading (if it were the same version I'm not even sure you'd be working at all...). So it's possibly a happy accident you got this far.   a possible workaround...   One or both of the SSL VPN devices you are connecting to might allow connection via an RDP client vs using Network Connect or WSAM (is there a menu you access to launch your session?) It will show usually as "Terminal Sessions" on the menu. You won't have true network connectivity but can get to an RDP host on either your work or your client network. Then on the other connection you should be able to connect as usual.   Or..   RDP into a host on your work network - then use that to connect to the client...   Someone who actually knows the product details will hopefully respond with a better answer.   -Keith     ...
