I have an SA-2000 running v7.1R4 (required for support of Safari 5.1 with JSAM, but that's not germane to this discussion). I'm trying to proxy an internal web site that's running a helpdesk system. The internal site uses javascript and absolute paths frequently. Initially, access to the internal site's login page and basic functions works fine, but on performing some actions I get an error like this: Access to the Web site is blocked by your administrator. Please notify your system administrator. Made https request for GET /SearchRequester.do?fromModule=WorkOrder&startsWith= HTTP/1.1 to remote.domain.com:443 (remote.domain.com represents the hostname of the public side of our SA-2000). The URL it's trying to load is: https://remote.domain.com_/,DanaInfo=remote.domain.com_.edu,SSL+SearchRequester.do?fromModule=WorkOrder&startsWith=_ If I replace remote.domain.com with help.shs.ucd (the internal URL) after DanaInfo then the request works._ The problem seems to be that it's not rewriting the "/SearchRequester.do_" part of the URL since it's an absolute path. We have a single SA-2000 and want to purcahse a new model (SA-2500) to set up as an HA cluster. Will this work, or do I need two new systems of the same type to set up a cluster? What happens when I go to update the OS? Will I have to dissolve the cluster each time? ... View more

I have several Hosted Java Applets on our SA-2000 using a set of Citrix Java files (JIUCA-coreN.jar, JICA-browseN.jar, etc.) This works fine. However, I'd like to update the version of the Java client I have stored on the SA-2000, but every time I try to upload a new archive file I get an error complaining that the new archive doesn't contain the correct files: "new container does not contain archives [JICA-sicaN.jar,JICA-configN.jar,,sslN.jar,,JICA-seamlessN.jar,,JICA-coreN.jar,,JICA-browseN.jar,,cryptojN.jar,] which are used in existing bookmarks" This is clearly wrong, since all of those files are in the archive. I found instructions on Juniper's site detailing what I'm trying to do at: http://kb.pulsesecure.net/kb/documents/public/IVE/SA-SM-Admin-Help/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=SA_Admin_Help&file=chapWebRewriting-56.html However, some of the files referenced in that document (the .cab files) aren't part of the Citrix Java distribution any longer. That may be the problem now; they're not in the existing archive on our system (which works), so I'm not sure if they're necessary. I'm running 5.5R4 now; we were running something else when I initially set up the Hosted Java Applets, and now I'm wondering if there's a problem with the newer versions of the IDE OS. Anyway - is there some other way to provide links to Citrix Published Apps via the Java client? I have some File Browsing Resource Profiles set up to access both Windows and Macintosh SMB file shares. The Windows profiles work fine, but the Macintosh server reports "Authentication for user [dsegel] -> [dsegel] FAILED with error NT_STATUS_WRONG_PASSWORD". The Mac server is configured to allow both NTLM and NTLMv2 & Kerberos auth for SMB connections. Any ideas on what the problem might be?
