The users are closing the page and not clicking sign-out from the custom page?  If you do not want the actual menu bar, try adding a link in the custom URL to invoke the sign out process, which will in turn exit NC. https://url /dana-na/auth/logout.cgi   I believe the user needs to actually invoke a sign-out for NC to detect it. ...
