I am hosting ProperRDP on the IVE and I am able to use it to connect to most resources.However, I am getting an Unimplemented type in main loop:11 error after signing into a pair of Terminal Servers. The only difference ( as far as I know) between these Terminal Servers and others that I can connect with successfully is the problematic servers have encryption turned on. Does anyone know of an easy way to package the Juniper Installer Service to install using a different (local admin) account then the one the remote off-network user will be signed in with? We are looking to implement NetConnect as our client VPN solution. However, I have been unable to integrate the NetConnect solution with our DHCP/DNS environment. In our environment, the DHCP server provides the workstation name/IP information to the DNS server. This is failing in our lab. The IP is assigned correctly, but the device name (from the IVE) being provided to the DHCP server is not correct. A capture of the traffic consistently shows an entry similar to Option: (t=12,l=48) Host Name = "useruid84f8c519de2e3b1e717f2ac410ccd2592740dcb7" and this is what is being recorded on the DHCP server. I have tried multiple remote devices and received similar results. JTAC says this is a known bug, but I cant imagine all NetConnect environments live with incorrect DNS entries. I am trying to deploy NC (w/ HC) on devices protected with SEP_5.1MR6. The issue we are having is when the system is rebooted and the user is presented with the GINA signon - if they do not wait ~ 60 secs their connection attempt will fail. If we uninstall the firewall, the connection attempt is successful. I am being told there is no way to make an exception in the firewall to allow the connection attempt. Is there anyway to delay the GINA signon box or set the retry attempts or intervals higher for the GINA function? I would like to avoid the error to the user even if it requires the connection attempt be delayed. Thanks. ... View more
