thanks for your response kelnars.... the issue is I am dealing with machine certs and not user certs. Is there any way to check machine certs without using HC? I dont think so. thanks, Shahid

It was a pleasand surprise to find that Juniper supports SAN (Subject Alternative Names). I am hosting two sign-in pages (realms)... one gives you NC with full access and other one with limited proxy. I am checking Machine cert using HC for full access and if it is not found, then I generate a remediation message telling user to go to other sign in page. Is there any way to automate this process? Hi guys, When I use terminal services proxy, I am seeing terminal proxy dsTerServ.exe is invoked on a random tcp port with IP address 127.0.0.3. How does it work? How does client forward this traffic to IVE? what does IVE sees this traffic as and what happens next? Please explain? thanks,

Hi Ben, So in order to use client certificates, client machine will need another "client" to present this certificate to IVE? I thought if machine has "user certificate", it will offer it via browser to IVE. Is this assumption wrong? thanks in advance,

I have seen it happening when client firewall/AV/IPS is blocking NC and it works fine when user invokes it from Start button.

Hi guys, I need to verify presence of machine certificate on a windows machine before allowing them to access intranet resources. I got it working with Host checker but I was wondering if there was a way to check machine certificate without invoking HC as it seems slow and fails on random machines.
