The Pulse Secure Universal App for Windows 10 does not currently contain any Host Checker functionality beyond the OS Check you mentioned. We are currently investigating a number of approaches that could be used to work around the "sandboxed" environment that the Universal App runs in. Ok, I'm in a similar situation. My IT enabled local subnet access for me and I was able to ping my local network and add wireless printer on Windows 7 and everything was good until I recently got a windows 10 computer, and when I connect with Pulse, (local subnet is enabled for my user if) I cannot ping local network or add any printer. When I ping local network (192.168.86.1) I see "General Failure" on command prompt. I compared routing table after vpn is connected on both computers and they seem pretty much the same. The only app-specific tunneling Pulse Secure offers on OSX today is provided through a utility called JSAM. You can read about it here: https://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/ive/guides/howtos/How_To_JSAM.pdf You would need to talk to your system administrator about the possibility of having your Pulse Connect Secure gateway configured to work with JSAM.
