Hi Guys, Just looking for suggestions on how best to trouble shoot clients that say they repeatedly disconnect. I can see the client actions in the Pulse Connect Secure logs but there is no reason given for the drop. I have downloaded the logs from the client machine but it’s the interpretation of these logs and what log i should be looking at would be helpful to know. Thanks for looking.

Hi Guys, I have a pair of PSA-5000 series devices configured in a cluster. there is an internal interface with an IP of 172.19.24.1, an external interface on 192.168.200.204 (DMZ) and a Management interface on 172.19.128.101. The VPN clients from outside access the External port via a NAT rule on our firewall and this works great. We now have a situation where the circuit that the external VPN client connects to is becoming saturated. I have another circuit that I would like to point the VPN client at so they can use a less busy network and NAT that to an alternative IP address on the external (DMZ) interface in addition to the existing IP address. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Guys, first post. im seeing some strange behavour on our IVE cluster dashboard. if i connect to the web dashbord and click on "System -- Activity" and look at the "Overall Appliance Statistics" each of the items are showing zero value. Still looking at the "Pulse Connect Secure Dashboard" and clicking on "Active Users" is shows that there are clients currently connected. Has anyoine seen this before? Thanks for looking Murray

I have seen that the wireless card can be dissabled by the Pulse Secure client configuration, the setting Pulse Secure Client - Connections - Default has the following option that can or cannot be enabled. Wireless suppression Disconnect all wireless interfaces when a wired interface gets connected to a network. Applies to all wireless connections (not just those managed by Pulse). This may well be the cause of your issue. Have you tried using a network cable instaed of wireless?
