Like the other fellow suggested, see if split tunneling is turned off. But more than that, take a look at how you've configured WSAM. It may be that you are being cut off because you've too broadly defined what is allowed through using WSAM. We did that to our Outlook users once.

Hi, We configured a host checker policy to "send reason strings" under the remediation part of the policy configuration. Only some users ever saw the strings pop up. Most users never saw anything. My guess is that there is a browser configuration difference between one machine and another that might be suppressing the strings. Has anyone else ever seen this as an issue?
