Hi All   I am attempting to use the WSAM, and I have not been able to successfully make a connection yet on one of my PC's.  When the client launches to make the connection it is grayed out on the task bar and simply says "disconnected."     The PC is a windows 7 (enterprise) 64 bit OS The client is Service Application Manager v8.1.6.39491 I am intiating the VPN connection via IE11.   If it helps, the general process is that I login into an online office portal, following successful login WSAM launches automatically.  If connection is successful, then I just click on a link that takes me to the server via citrix.  Although, of course the problem is I have not been able to make a successful VPN connection yet.   I have been able to make a successful VPN connection without an hiccup on my other PC which runs a windows 10 OS.  Both of the PC's are on the same network, so I am hoping there is some sort of fix I am missing that I have not been able to find on here.  So far I have verified that I have the KB3033929 security update installed, but I have not seen other fixes that were as specific.   Thanks for your time ! ...
