Your ifconfig output looks correct. Once connected via Network Connect on the Mac, you'll see the "new" jnc0 interface up with the SA assigned IP address (from your pool or DHCP relay server). That appears to happen fine. It does sound like a combination of split tunneling and Network Connect Access Control lists for the particular Role you are getting assigned. Check those policies to make sure the make sure the traffic you are "missing" is actually allowed outbound in the first place. PC

Do you have roaming enabled on the Session Options that apply to that user role? (or the default session options if no roles have different options). Roaming allows the connection to continue even if the source IP address of the connection changes, as it frequently may at "travel" sites, airports, hotels, etc. DSL/Cable modems, have much longer lived DHCP/PPPoE address lifetimes. winthin the SA, click on search, then search for "roaming". It's under Specifying Session Options. Hope it works! PC

I've seen where enabling client side logging on the SA itself has severly limited upload performance. Check that. One other thing to see that I am seeing is that the /etc/hosts file updates NC makes as part of it's startup process is not getting removed when NC is stopped. Unsure if that's a problem for you, but it can be problematic in a clustered environment....

I'm sure you've already tried uninstalling/deleting everything Juniper related on the Mac already, then having it autoinstall the next login. One other trick I did was send a user the OSX NC installer. Once that was installed (which does the same thing as the autoinstaller, I believe) everything was fine for that user. Subsequent upgrades, this user has had no problems with the Network Connect autoupgrade process.

I just look for a process called finder. One other group also looks for specific additional files and apps on Company owned Macs and role map into a "limited" Network Connect policy that only allows the end users to RDP to internal desktops.

I want to be able to have a group of users (our operations folks) able to log into the SA-5000 cluster and delete a meeting in progress based on some other external conditions. The only problem is that in order to delegate an admin this ability (essentially the trash can on the meetings tab), I have to delegate full access to "configuration" which is a bit more than I really want to delegate (it's a control thing). Is there a way to do this easily (delegate ability to delete active meetings and nothing else) or am I going to get to ask for a feature request? :)
