Yes, it was happening to all users so we had to disable all Host Checker policies for those realms/sign-in pages; it persists on the "test" realms/sign-in pages where Host Checker is still enabled. I tried uninstalling everything on a few test machines and connecting back to the SSL VPN portal with the same results. I have not tried manually installing the HC package, and am not ready to embrace that as a solution, since the a large part of the reason we use this product is for users to be able to easily connect from unmanaged machines as well. I am stunned at the problems I've had so far with what should be straightforward firmware upgrades... We are running on SA-2000, upgraded to IVE 6.1R2 for over a month now. The Network Connect application has become extremely slow (5-6 minutes from launch to VPN tunnel establishment) when launched from the Start Menu, but very speedy (under 15 seconds) when users launch it from the "Start" button within the portal. Until recently the NC application previously took 1-2 minutes to connect, which is understandable since it has to download and lauch Host Checker and Cache Cleaner. The slow-down started when we changed IP addresses on the SA-2000 cluster for a network reorg; however, 5-6 minutes is not acceptable... Anyone else experience something similar? ADG ... View more
