Found solution. Not all users had this issue. These users were on customer machines with locked down IE and not user priv on the desktop. User opened IE>Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Manage add-ons. Select the JuniperSetupClientControl Control and "Disable". Exit the browser and connect to SSLVPN, then the Citrix site. The JuniperSetupClientControl will download from the server and the user will gain access to the citrix site. Have the user repeat the steps above and enable JuniperSetupClientControl.

My sharepoint connection now only open files in READ ONLY mode. This is with the "Allow in-line editing of documents..." selected. SA version: 7.1r2 Sharepoint 2007 and 2010 both have the same issue. Site in the browser "trusted sites" IE version is 8 Any ideas?

Users are getting this error, after we have upgraded to 7.1r2: JuniperSetupClientControl is currently in use, please close all the Internet Explorer windows and try again. If problem still exists, please reboot your machine. Problem is the user reboots and gets the same error. Users have rebooted numerous times without clearing this error.

When using Termial Services I connect to a remote Windows workstation. After some time of inactivity, the remote workstation goes into "sleep" mode. When I attempt to "wake" the remote workstation, how do I send the Cntrl-Alt-Delete over the terminal services session to the remote workstation?

Solution found _ Sprint tech gave the following solution: In Smartview, go to the Tools->Settings Menu and look for Rules EngineÓ. If you donÕt see that tab, close the app and reopen it again as many times as necessary. In that tab, uncheck the first box Use Rules EngineÓ. Now you can start the CDMA card and then start the VPN and it is stable.

I have a user that launches Network Connect over his Sprint v740 aircard. Network Connect will run for about 5 seconds then the Sprint aircard connection will be dropped and NC will go into a re-connecting state. You can restart the aircard and NC will connect for about 5 seconds and then the aircard will be dropped again. Without NC the aircard will remain connected and the user can surf the public internet without issue. Any ideas?

Yes, this is a Windows authentication... You present your credentials, and it is as if the credentials are not passing through the VPN connection.

Just a question... How do you get past the authentication issue. I attempted this and the authentication process is in a never ending loop. I get prompted for username/password...enter that information and the authentication window just pops back up. What am I missing?

We are having issues also... When users first boot a cold machine and then launch NC, the NC session times out on initiation and we get a "Network Connect session terminated. Do you want to reconnect? error 23712"... The user answers "Yes" and the NC session starts, as expected... If the user disconnects the NC session and does not reboot the machine, and then relaunches NC...no error is seen...and the connection happens as expected. Is anyone else seeing this activity? I am not seeing this issue in 6.0r4.
