Hello, After update IOS 6 to IOS 7 , Junos Pulse has stopped working . I have tried to upgrade the Junos Pulse client to version 4.2r9 but the problem persists . I tested with and without split tunneling , but nothing works. Access to internal resources does not work. I captured traces and I saw that traffic starts against the servers, but it seems to as if TCP 3-way handshake is done correctly, but then the iPad isn't sent the GET requests . Is anyone else having this problem? Regards, Andrelo.

Hello, We have an IPAD with IOS7 and the last version Junos Pulse (4.2.8.39565). We have configured split tunneling and the corporate apps don't work. However, the same in IOS6 was right. We have captured traffic in the internal interface and we don't see any traffic to corporate servers. Split tunneling isn't working. Have anyone detected the same problem? Regards.

Hi, Our Juniper's local System Engineer have told us that IPv6 is in roadmap. Dual stack will be supported on outside interface in second half of the year and in other interfaces in the first half of 2013. Regards,

Roaming is enabled. But SA isn't received different IPs. AP receives different IP. The WLAN IP and 3G IP. Seems that IPhone manages bad the change beetween 3G and Wifi.

Hi again, I have continued doing tests. I have seen that if I turn off the "mobile data" in the Network menu of the IPhone (IOS 4.1), the Junos Pulse reconnect correctly. I've checked that wifi session is manteined in the Access Point and Junos Pulse session is down in SA. When the IPhone is waked up, the Junos Pulse session is reconnect automatically. However, if I have Mobile Data active in the Network Menu of the IPhone, I've checked that wifi session is lost in the Access Point when IPhone is blocked. When the Iphone is waked up, the wifi session returns, but I see in the Access Point how the IP of the IPhone change between the wifi IP and the 3G IP.À?À?À? Then, I think that there is a problem with the switching between 3G connection and Wifi connection. ÀAnybody has the same problem? Regards,

Hi, I tested with username/password and it didn't work. I have observed that when IPhone is blocked, wifi go down and SA receive a session ended, but the user continue in the "Active Users" tab, but this user lost "Network Connect IP" and "NC Transport Mode" value. Wifi session return correctly, but Junos Pulse doesn't return automatically and I have to launch the connection manually. In the Iphone's log can see these errors. session.info disconnecting from ive sslvpn.lab.ss with reason 6 ncphandler.error NCP disconnect failed, error 57 Regards, Andrelo.

Hi all, In the "Junos Pulse Administration Guide" discussed: "With Wi-Fi connectivity, Pulse reconnects the VPN tunnel automatically when the user wakes up the device. With 3G connectivity, the VPN reconnects when the user generates some network traffic using an application like Safari or Mail." I have tested the Wi-Fi connectivity with Junos Pulse and work fine, but I don't achieve that the VPN tunnel reconnect automatically. When the IPhone is blocked, wifi is disconnected and the session is ended in SA automatically. After IPhone wakes up, I see in the Junos Pulse menu that it's trying to reconnect (Reasserting), but finally I receive the next message: "VPN Connection Failed. Failed to negotiate with the server". We have authentication with digital certificate. Anybody have tested this functionality? Regards, Andrelo.

Hi, We have a problem with Domino Web Access (DWA) 8.0.1 and firefox through IVE 6.3R2. If we access to DWA directly through firefox we haven't problems. But if we access to DWA through IVE, we received a lot events about scripts not supported. We opened a case in TAC and we have found the problem. Our configuration in "Allowed Encryption Strength" was Custom SSL Cipher Selection allowing AES/3DES >=168 bits and AES >=128 and <168 bits only. TAC reproduced the problem and they confirmed us that the problem happened. Workaround: Allow "Encryption Strength" with "Accept only 128 bit and greater (security and browser compability). With this configuration the VPN tunnel works correctly. However, we are waiting a fix for we can raise the security level again.

Hi! We are testing the IVE's activesync solution to use exchange in IPhone mobile. However, we think that this solution have little security because anybody can access to exchange server directly without authentication in the IVE. If anybody is able to encapsulate any traffic over SSL this traffic would arrive to exchange server and could take control of this machine and from there jump to any machine in intranet. Have the exchange server enough security to avoid this problem? Would we have risk security with this architecture? Do you think about that? Is weak? Hello, We are testing ActiveSync solution with Certificate Required to give the most security possible. We are having the problem when the user power up the PDA the exchange password is asked repeatedly for 3 times normally and sometimes more times. After this, the activesync connection seems to work correctly. We have tested without certificate required and the password isn't asked. Anybody has had this problem too? Regards, Andrelo.
