Hi. We experience problems with running NC followed by WSAM in our SA6000 active/active cluster (v6.3). We have several IVS's in our cluster. We intend to use one IVS as a home office solution and run NC giving access to all our enterprise network resources. In order to administrate some restricted network resources we normally use WSAM on another IVS. When NC already started, we need to access the login page for the WSAM IVS on another node in the cluster for this to be successful. Accessing the login page for WSAM IVS on the same physical node in the cluster does not work. In an earlier upgrade (v5.3 or v5.4) we could run NC followed by WSAM on two IVS's on the same physical node. Anyone experiencing the same? ... View more

Hi all, I have configured WSAM access to an internal web-resource inside company A. The web-site alias is registered in company A's internal DNS-server on ip a.a.a.a and the same alias is registered on the company's external DNS-server on ip b.b.b.b (This contains an info-page telling the user that he tries to access an internal resource). On XP, all works fine. A TCP dump from the PC shows that a standard DNS query is done, followed by a standard DNS respons on the correct IP-adresse (a.a.a.a). On Vista, something weird is happening: After the standard DNS query is done, and the correct ip is returned in a standard DNS response, for some reason, alot of standard queries SRV-type are done, and after that, a new standard DNS regular query that resolves to the ip-adresse b.b.b.b (the external info-page). Therefor the user is sent to the infopage instead of the internal web-resource. The abovec behaviuor is when I specified the company's internal DNS-servers as dns-servers in the IVE. I also tried removing the DNS-servers from the IVE settings and add the relevant hosts to the hosttable on the IVE instead, but this gave the same result. Hi, For Sharepoint-access, we are using JSAM, with local:loopback port 80. One user had an error "cannot bind to localport=80", and I found that Skype was the guilty process. But now I have another user with the same errormessage, and when running tcpView.exe (which is supposed to list all processes on windows including which ports they occupy), no process seems to be using port 80. Anyone have any idea? What might be occupying port 80, without showing in the tcpView-process-list?... Thanks! :) ... View more

Hi, I just configured activesync on my IVE (6.3R1-2) My authorization only policy / virtual hostname is "syncmail.ivedomain.com" and the backend server is "bbb.backenddomain.com" I get the following error: "Access blocked after DNS lookup. Check Web ACL settings - Host: bbb.backenddomain.com, Request: OPTIONS /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?User=xxxxxDeviceId= etc..." I know that this may indicate missing ACLs but I already have the ACL configured correctly (or at least I think I do?) Under "resource policies > Web > rewriting > passthrough proxy policies >" there is an autopolicy made for the syncmail.ivedomain.com allowing access to https://bbb.backenddomain.com:443/* for hostname syncmail.ivedomain.com Isn't this sufficient for the ACL? Hi, We have configured the IVE to use Secure ID authentication and secondary; AD authentication. This worked fine until this morning. We suddenly started to get "The server had an internal error" directly after login. The login to both secure ID and AD works fine, and the logfile from user session recording says nothing except that logins are successful. It happened last week once or twice, but today it happens all the time. The only difference today is that I installed a new certificate from a trusted CA, but the same error happens both if I have this certificate enabled or disabled.
