hi, with the xml export you can do almost everything. if the config means both system and user config, then you'll have some issues as the sa2500 hav less ports. if it's only the user config (ie everythin,g that's not system), you can try an xml user config export and import. regards.

Hi all, Did anyone already build a custom sign in page with an included javascript software keyboard ? The goal is to make sure even a local keylogger cannot get the login and password. The best would be to have an option in the sign in page to have this on the login page. As I hate reinventing the wheel, I'd be glad if someone who already uses this could share his template. thanks.

Hi all, I was asked by a collegue if it was possible to add html content at the bottom of the link page. (link page is the one you get once you successfully logged in). The goal is to show some monitoring infos (as you can't show the monitoring graphs from the admin pags to a regular user), and also configuration information at the bottom of the link page, and make it as easy as possible. I know there is a way to customize the login page, but this is not the goal, as the html code to be displayed may content login/password information. The only alternative I could propose was to save the infos to an image file and use this as logo on the top of the page. Opening automatically a monitoring web page is not a good solution, as you need to come back to the main page to get your links. Another alternative could be to use the links from the IVE within a web page hosted on another server, but I don't know if the links can be exported and reused on another web server. thanks.

In the config I'm using, the group filter is set as below : cn=<GROUPNAME> Can you try this with 0 as nested group level ? You can also run a network trace vs port 389 to gte the detail of the ldap request that is sent. Some tools like ldapsearch or an ldapbrowser on windows can also be useful.

Hi all, I'm trying to do the ajsa certificates lab, but everytime I try to connect with a certificate, I received a message that claims the certificate is invalid. I tried to check with certutil on the active directory server I use for my labs, and the serial of the certificate appears in the list of active and valid certificates. what can be done as far as debug and certificates are concerned ? regards.

Ive runs on a linux based OS as far as I know. But as you cannot get access to the OS with a shell, it's quite hard to know exactly what's the base OS from this.

This is a lab installation, so I can configure ldap for authorization. But this will prevent from using AD attributs for role mapping for instance. I guess I have to escalate this to TAC and ask for a proper solution. It's quite too restrictive IMHO to propose AD authentication but only for a single OU.

Hi, as I try to use nclauncher.exe on a windows xp host, I have a message about ssl negotiation failed. the connection via browser works fine, but I managed to use nclauncher working only on an english based windows xp. a french windows xp shows the message above. did anyone already see this behavior ? does anyone know how to solve it ? thanks.

Hi, I'd like to use a proxy to reach some web servers. (sa2000, ive os 6.4r2). The issue is that the sa keeps asking for the proxy login and password (after the first page has been served). Is there a way to automatically send the login and password, or ask the sa to cache the credentias for a certain amount of time ? thanks.

Hi, It looks like you created your post in the wrong category. Anyway, if you wish to allow vpn connection through your device, that depends what the remote VPN servers can do. If they use IPSEC and know how to deal with nat traversal (either referred as ike nat nat traversal, isakmp nat traversal, or simply nat traversal),you only have to allow ike (udp port 500) and ike natt (udp port 4500) through your firewall. otherwise, please search in juniper KB for ipsec passthrough. hope this'll help.
