I dont think it is in 7.3, I cant see any mention in 7.3 release notes and I logged a support call and they said they dont support Vmware View 5 yet? Hope im wrong but..

ok thanks, just noticed that Vmware view 5.1 now supports Multiple Two-factor authentication with Radius so we may just stop using the juniper vpn and access them directly through vmware view secure gateway.

ok - but then I would have to set up a separate resource profile and role for each user that was using a mac rather then just letting the user get on with it and creating there own.

One of our users is trying to connect to his PC using terminal services from his Mac laptop. If he uses the launch button entering his pc hostname then the terminal services session opens fine. If he users the "add terminal services session " button to add it as a bookmark then he gets error message like client not supported on this platform. Any ideas? Cheers Graham

Hi, Are there any plans for VMware View Virtual Desktops to be supported on Ubuntu and OSx. When we try to access for either platform we get error: "You are launching this virtual desktop from an unsupported platform." We have a couple of users who have these platforms running on laptops at home. Cheers Graham

Sorry not from admin side from the user side - It looks like all you can do is map the username from the login not the password? Is it not possible for the user themselves to create a bookmark with full SSO? Cheers Graham

Yeah Ive enabled that method for ICT but our users like to be spoon fed and would prefer the bookmark to already exist. What way do you recommend I manage this? cheers Graham

Is there a way as an admin I can add a user terminal services bookmark for them without logging on as them? Only way I can see doing it is creating a unique role for every user with their assigned Terminal services bookmark. Any advise please?
