Hi, I have a MAG working as Secure Access. I created a realm using AD as primary auth and an ACE with RSA as second auth. When I use Junos Pulse, testing with any Windows computer, I insert login and password to connect and then appear another screen with one field to put the token. But when I tested with MacBook, the second screen had shown two fields (username and passcode). I tried to insert the username, domain\username or left blank, but it didnt work. Could someone help me in this topic? Have you already saw this issue? Thanks

Hello, I have 2 URLs to access my MAG, which are: vpn.test.com net.test.com I have 2 public certificates for these urls and both the urls are mapped to the same public ip in dns. I am using NAT in this public ip. I am already using one of the certificates for the interface and it is working fine. Can i install the second certificate on the same interface? Do I need to create a virtual port? Is there a way to do this without create another NAT to another ip of virtual port? Thanks

Hi, The proble was with TCP stack im my customers computers. When he connected, just the ICMP stack worked fine, and when he inserted a new route in his computer, the TCP stack was restarted and started to work again. It was a very specific issue.

If i dont enable split tunneling, all the traffic must go through the tunnel, but in wireshark i just see ICMP packets inside the tunnel (Juniper network adapter interface). The default route point to my IP address.

Hello, I created a role to use Junos Pulse to reach protected resources in our LAN. One of my clients got an issue with routing in his computer. I attached some route print and netstat. After he connects to Junos Pulse and get an IP address of internal network, he starts to ping every resource and he can trace route to everything. The first hop is the internal interface of MAG and second hop is the ifrewall interface. The problem is when he tries to start a RDP connection or connect to outlook or connect to any applications. Nothing works. If we add a static route (default route) in his computer with next-hop the firewall interface, every application starts to connect. Everything works. I want to know why this static route made things works and the routes created by Junos Pulse didnt work? Thanks

Hi everybody, I am trying to do something like that: I have a SRX with reth1.1 (192.168.1.1 and vlan-id 1) and reth1.12 (192.168.12.1 and vlan-id 12). Both interfaces are in the same zone but the subnet 192.168.12.0 was created for Junos Pulse users with DHCP pool defined in Resources Policies using the range 192.168.12.101-125. The MAG is in the subnet 192.168.1.0 using IP 192.168.1.1 in the internal port. Between SRX and MAG and have just a EX 4200. I created a Vlan Port in the MAG using vlan-id 12, IP 192.168.12.10, gtw 192.168.12.1. In the role I selected Vlan/source ip. I put the interface of EX in mode trunk and chose vlan-id 1 as native-vlan and vlan-id 12 as vlan member but i lost the connection to the MAG. What else? Do i need to change something in default vlan on MAG? Thanks

Hi, I made some tests. I created a NC (Network Connect) role then i tried to connect using my Junos Pulse 2.1 but i couldnt connect. But with Network Connect i connected ok. This issue was the some when i used the JP role and tried to connect using NC. Is this a problem of version 2.1 of JP? I made a test with Junos 7.1r9. Next week i will try with 7.2 and using Junos Pulse 3. I am trying to work with both clients because one of my customers is used to have only NC and we are trying to begin installing JP but it is a slow proccess. Do you have any other idea?

Hi, I have a query. If I create two role, one with Network Connect and another with Juncos Pulse. Then I insert these two roles in the same role-mapping in the realm. But when I open Internet Explorer and login, I just see Junos Pulse. Can i do something to show Junos Pulse and Network Connect to user choose? Thanks
