The specifics are OPSWAT IP; but the antivirus being checked is _probably_ the DAT. But even that might be wrong if the virus definition file is stored in something other than the DAT. There is a query from Host Checker to the AV and there is a response on what version of the antivirus database is installed

The document really just confirms how NTP works and that it covers this use case. Really the only time NTP won't adjust time is if the offset is too large and the system will thus ignore the update. These parameters are set differently by vendors and are there to prevent the accidental large changes in time because an upstream NTP server had an error. For small changes like this there is no issue. To test the behavior you would need to direct your devices to an NTP server you control then change the clock on that server and look at the logs on your devices to confirm they saw and adjusted their time.

Hi zanyterp, Yes HC is set to remediate. I've done some further testing, and yes I agree with you, I dont think its possible to stop this without me removing remediation completely, which is not what I want. Thank you for your response. Natasha

Hi Gric, My issue was resolved by following the below steps:- I had a company Group Policy which enabled WLAN Autoconfig SCCM-Installed Pulse 5.0.6 which disabled this Re-applied the GPO to enable it again Thanks Natasha

I'd be curious to know this as well. So far the only thing I can see is using the User Summary Report and exporting to CSV and then manipulating the data to find out what I want. But that's limited.

Hi All, Just wanted to update this question in case it helps someone else. JTAC advised that the default landing page is by design for Pulse users. Basically, because Pulse is still connecting from my local desktop, it cannot go to the Intranet page until the connection completes - makes sense. So the temporary landing page will be displayed. Once Pulse connects, the user needs to refresh their browser and the page goes to the intranet. Thanks Natasha

I've had about a dozen uses out of 300 who have had to uninstall the client and then reinstall after a reboot. Most were clients moving from 5.01 or 4.07.

There should be no issues with Lync via Pulse or NC as this act as if the end user was directly on the LAN. However, I haven't seen too many customers use Lync via the rewrite engine.

Unless you have a new feature in the what's new document for 8.0 release that is needed, it is recommend to stick with te JTAC recommended release. A direct upgrade from 7.1 to 7.4 or 8.0 is supported. Regards, Jay

Hi, thank you for the responses. I logged the issue with JTAC and they said that its not possible to allow access to a range of IP's, only specific IP's or servers. Since I have over 500 devices, I put in *.*:* and that has given the third party Putty access. Its a little insecure, but it works for now. Many thanks again for your help. Natasha

Export your user.cfg from the sa6000 and import it into the sa2000. This will overwrite all settings configured in the user.cfg (realms, roles, resource policies, auth servers, and all the other non-unique settings). If you do XML, which is not recommended for this purpose, it will merge the two configurations. The system.cfg has more unique information in it and should NOT be imported between device families a la 6000 - 2000. It has your IPs, log settings, licenses, and certificates. If you need the sane certificates, import them via the system config option at System>Configuration>Certificates>Device Certificates>import
