Hello, I have a cluster of SA4500 with a version of 7.1R4.1 and I'm looking to upgrade them to the 8.0R10 version. From what I understood in the release notes of the 8.0R1, first I need to upgrade to the 7.1R16 or later. My first question is to know if the later means 7.1+ (7.2...) or only 7.1R16+? My second question, if it means 7.1R16+ where I can find the service packages for them? I noticed only the 7.2 and later are available on the website. Last question, can I upgrade directly to the 8.0R10 after being in the 7.1R16 or should I use the 8.0R1 before? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am using SA6500 version 7.1R4.1, 750 user licenses. It seems that when the total concurrent users reach the burst limit of one IVS, no new user can connect on this particular IVS. Even if there are less users than the guaranteed threshold. I don't have this issue in 6.3R4, so I think its a bug in 7.1R4.1. Did someone encountered the same issue on this version or more recent? I remember of a similar known issue in 7.1R2 (where the burst was useless) so that might be related. I checked in the release notes and did not find any reference, sorry if I missed it.
