try the microsoft tools, pulse is not in the list of install or uninstall program list, choose the default one, nothing found.

not known why the file is missing as I think installation should include copy files. But I have tried to copy files to the folder, still get error. I am upgrade Pulsesecure from version 5.3.7 to 9.0, but when install 9.0, install rollback.
