Hello we still running two sa4500 after we applied the latest firmware to fix SA44101 one didn’t came back after reboot from update cycle. The power supply LED on the back shows amber the front leds are dark. We unplugged the power chord multiple times nothing changed. Any ideas what we can try next to bring it back to life? ...
