I'm trying to log in to my company's VPN using Pulse Secure on a Windows 10 Pro PC that was orginally upgraded from Windows 7. Once I get a prompt to open the application launcher, it downloads and installs, then I get a popup saying: Detected an internal error.
Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator. As a test, I built a new Windows 10 Pro machine, and that works fine with the VPN and Pulse Secure. I then upgraded my original machine to the same version of Windows 10 that's on the test machine, and I still get the error (yes, I retried several times, after several reboots). Since it works fine on the test machine, I have to assume that the problem lies with my PC and not the server. Any ideas what it might be?
